The Amazing Race is a 13-Leg mixed game poker series that sends players on a global journey through a variety of poker formats, checkpoints, and weekly challenges.
Each week represents a new “Leg” of the Race, featuring three checkpoint tournaments:

* 🟩 HORSE
* 🟩 PLO
Players compete for:
* 🏁 Leaderboard Points
* ✈️ Race Miles
* 🛂 Passport Stamps
* and ultimately a massive starting stack advantage in the 🏁 Finish Line Championship.

# 🏁 LEADERBOARD POINTS
Leaderboard Points determine:
* Checkpoint standings
* Leg standings
* Season standings
* Leg Winners
These are the primary competitive standings throughout the series.
## How Leaderboard Points Work
Each checkpoint awards points based on the number of entrants in the tournament.
### Formula:
Entrants − Placement + 1
### Example:
A 14-player checkpoint awards:
* 1st Place = 14 Points
* 2nd Place = 13 Points
* 3rd Place = 12 Points
* ...
* 14th Place = 1 Point
Larger fields are worth more points.
