Although PayPal and Venmo now support Bitcoin transfers, some players prefer to receive funds directly through traditional payment platforms rather than cryptocurrency withdrawals. While ColorUp does not directly process PayPal or Venmo payouts, eligible players may utilize the CUP Exchange service.

Ruby status players also gain access to the CUP Exchange, where ColorUp acts as the intermediary and guarantor for approved player-to-player cash transactions through PayPal and Venmo. In the event of a verified CUP Exchange issue between players, ColorUp may intervene to help resolve the transaction and restore affected balances at management discretion.

When players submit a CUP Exchange request, ColorUp coordinates incoming PayPal and Venmo deposit activity between players to help fulfill approved Exchange requests. Depending on availability and request size, Exchange requests may be completed through multiple separate payments.

CUP Exchange requests are processed in the order they are received. To provide timely access to as many players as possible, Exchange request amounts may be limited based on current demand and available Exchange volume. Once a request has been completed, players may immediately submit a new request.

A standard 10% service fee applies to CUP Exchange requests. Certain 💎 Diamond-level accounts may qualify for reduced or waived fees depending on overall account standing and activity level.

⚠️ Newly deposited funds, and related winnings, become eligible
for the CUP Exchange after either: (NEW Jun '26)

• 72 hours have passed since the deposit was received, OR
• the account has generated at least $25 in qualifying tournament fees and/or cash game rake, or an amount equal to 25% of the deposited amount for deposits exceeding $100.

Funds already existing on an account prior to a new deposit remain eligible for Exchange requests, subject to normal review procedures.

Qualifying tournament fees are determined based on eligible tournament entry fees and promotional structure considerations.

This policy is intended to promote active site participation and reduce short-term deposit and withdrawal activity.

ColorUp reserves the right to review all CUP Exchange activity for security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.
