Although PayPal and Venmo now both accept BTC transfers, we understand that some players prefer to bypass cryptocurrencies and have funds transferred directly into their accounts. While ColorUp does not complete these payments directly, we can facilitate them through our CUP Exchange.

When players fill out the CUP Exchange Form, ColorUp will direct other players' deposit requests via PayPal or Venmo to your account. This process may sometimes result in multiple payments to fulfill your exchange request.

There is a 10% service fee for this service; however, certain Diamond-level accounts can access discounted or even free services depending on their account standing.

Exchange requests are completed in the order they are received, and to give as many players access as possible, the exchange amounts are limited to ensure a quick turnaround. Additionally, there is no limitation on how often you may submit a new request once your previous request has been completed.
