Player Status Levels

Additional Account Statuses

⏸️ INACTIVE - Accounts become ⏸️ INACTIVE 3 months after their previous login.

• Players are still able to login to ColorUp, but their balances and permissions have been temporarily removed.

🚫 SUSPENDED - Accounts become 🚫 SUSPENDED 6 months after their previous login.

• Players are no longer able to login to ColorUp.

🛑 DISABLED - Accounts become 🛑 DISABLED 9 months after their previous login.

• Players have 3 months until their account may be closed.

🗄️ ARCHIVED - Accounts become 🗄️ ARCHIVED 1 year after their previous login.

• Accounts are assessed a $15 Archive Fee.  If this brings the account to $0, the account becomes 🔒 CLOSED.

• If the account still has a balance, a $5 Maintenance Fee is assessed monthly until the account is 🔒 CLOSED.

🔒 CLOSED - 🗄️ ARCHIVED accounts with an account balance of $0.

⏯️ PENDING - Accounts which have been created but never became ACTIVE.

⛔ DEACTIVATED - Accounts which were closed by the player before becoming 🗄️ ARCHIVED.

🔁 REACTIVATED - Players may request to have their accounts 🔁 REACTIVATED with their permissions and up to date account balances restored at any time.  Updated contact information is the only requirement to reactivate an account.  Once the request has been approved, players have 30 days to login to their account.  Failure to do so will return the account to it's previous status as if the request had never been made.

❌ BANNED - Accounts which were closed by ColorUp before becoming 🗄️ ARCHIVED.
