ColorUp Withdrawal Policy

ColorUp offers a streamlined withdrawal system, with Bitcoin serving as the primary withdrawal method. Each eligible player may submit one withdrawal request per week without an additional processing fee.

Available withdrawal methods, weekly limits, chip-transfer privileges, and access to the CUP Exchange are determined by the player’s ColorUp account status.

Withdrawal Access by Account Status

🟩 Emerald

Emerald accounts are not eligible for withdrawals, player-to-player chip transfers, or access to the CUP Exchange.

✅ Emerald Check

Emerald Check accounts may send player-to-player chip transfers but are not eligible for withdrawals or access to the CUP Exchange.

🟦 Sapphire

Sapphire accounts may request up to $100 per week through Bitcoin withdrawal.

🟥 Ruby

Ruby accounts may request up to $250 per week through Bitcoin withdrawal.

Ruby accounts also receive access to the CUP Exchange, where ColorUp acts as the intermediary and guarantor for qualifying player-to-player transactions completed through PayPal or Venmo.

💎 Diamond

Diamond accounts may request up to $500 per week through Bitcoin withdrawal.

Diamond accounts may also request withdrawals by check, providing an additional method for accessing account funds.

Processing Fees

Additional weekly withdrawals, expedited Bitcoin processing, Bitcoin network fees, and check withdrawals may be subject to fees. CUP Exchange transactions may also be subject to separate Exchange fees.

Applicable fees may be reduced or waived for upper-level Diamond accounts.

How Withdrawal Fees Are Applied

The requested withdrawal amount represents the total amount deducted from the player’s ColorUp balance. Any applicable processing, expedited-service, or Bitcoin network fees are deducted from that amount before payment is issued.

Multiple fees may apply to the same request. The player will receive the requested withdrawal amount minus all applicable fees.

ColorUp covers the Bitcoin network fee for a Diamond player’s standard weekly withdrawal. Network fees for other Bitcoin withdrawals are deducted from the requested amount.

Newly Deposited Funds

Newly deposited funds—and winnings associated with those funds—become eligible for withdrawal or exchange once either of the following requirements has been met:

• At least 72 hours have passed since the deposit was received; or

• The account has generated at least $25 in qualifying tournament fees and/or cash-game rake.

For deposits exceeding $100, the play requirement is instead equal to 25% of the deposited amount.

Funds that were already present in the account before the new deposit remain eligible for withdrawal, subject to ColorUp’s standard review procedures.

Qualifying tournament fees are determined according to eligible tournament entry fees and applicable promotional structures.

This requirement is intended to encourage active site participation and reduce short-term deposit-and-withdrawal activity. CUP Exchange requests involving recently deposited funds may also be temporarily restricted at management’s discretion.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are generally reviewed and processed within three (3) business days.

Expedited Bitcoin processing may be available for an additional fee.

Check withdrawals may require an additional 10–14 business days for delivery after processing.

Withdrawal Minimums

The standard minimum is $25 for Bitcoin withdrawals and $100 for check withdrawals.

Account-Closure Exception

The standard $25 minimum withdrawal does not apply when an eligible player requests their entire remaining balance as part of an account closure. Account-closure withdrawals below $25 must be arranged directly through ColorUp Support and remain subject to standard eligibility, review, and applicable network-fee requirements.

ColorUp reserves the right to review all deposit, withdrawal, chip-transfer, and CUP Exchange activity for security, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.

Policy Update History

• July 2026: Weekly Bitcoin withdrawal limits were updated to $100 for Sapphire, $250 for Ruby, and $500 for Diamond accounts. Withdrawal-fee handling was standardized so applicable fees are deducted from the requested withdrawal amount. 

• June 2026: Eligibility requirements for withdrawing or exchanging newly deposited funds and associated winnings were introduced.
