ColorUp offers a streamlined withdrawal system, utilizing Bitcoin as the primary withdrawal method. Each player is entitled to one withdrawal request per week without additional processing charges. Withdrawal limits, available methods, and Exchange permissions vary based on a player’s ColorUp account status.

Players with 🟩 Emerald accounts are unable to complete withdrawals, player-to-player chip transfers, or access the CUP Exchange. Players with ✅ Emerald Check accounts gain access to player-to-player chip transfer functionality.

Players with 🟦 Sapphire accounts may request up to $250 per week in Bitcoin withdrawals, while 🟥 Ruby accounts may request up to $500 per week in Bitcoin withdrawals. Ruby status players also gain access to the CUP Exchange, where ColorUp acts as the intermediary and guarantor for larger player-to-player cash transactions utilizing PayPal and Venmo.

Players with 💎 Diamond accounts may request up to $1,000 per week in Bitcoin withdrawals. Diamond status players may also request withdrawals by check, providing additional flexibility in accessing account funds.

Both CUP Exchange requests and check withdrawals may incur processing fees. These fees may be reduced or waived for upper-level Diamond accounts as part of ColorUp’s ongoing commitment to rewarding long-term and high-status players.

⚠️ Newly deposited funds, and related winnings, become eligible for withdrawal or exchange after either: (NEW Jun '26)

• 72 hours have passed since the deposit was received, OR
• the account has generated at least $25 in qualifying tournament fees and/or cash game rake, or an amount equal to 25% of the deposited amount for deposits exceeding $100.

Funds already existing on an account prior to a new deposit remain eligible for withdrawal, subject to normal review procedures.

Qualifying tournament fees are determined based on eligible tournament entry fees and promotional structure considerations.

This policy is intended to promote active site participation and reduce short-term deposit and withdrawal activity.

CUP Exchange requests involving newly deposited funds may also be temporarily restricted at management discretion.

ColorUp reserves the right to review all deposit, withdrawal, and CUP Exchange activity for security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.
