For the purpose of these jackpots: when ranking poker hands, flop-made hands beat turn-made hands, which beat river-made hands. A hand is "made" when it is comprised of the best possible five (5) card hand. If necessary, the FINAL Tie-breaker is the Highest Spade, then Heart, then Diamond.
