For the purpose of jackpot qualification rankings, flop-made hands beat turn-made hands, which beat river-made hands.
A “made” hand is defined as the best possible five-card poker hand at the moment it is completed.
If two jackpot hands are the same rank and are made on the same street, ties shall be broken by comparing the hole cards used in the final made hand, highest to lowest.
If a tie still remains, suit ranking shall apply in the following order: Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs.
